Weekend Repair

This painting was inspired by a very trying renovation of my studio, where I had to learn carpentry, electrical repairs, and plumbing. I did hire pros but had to do a lot of things myself, hence, this picture. I did not actually work from an actual series of installations gone wrong;  instead, I set this still life up to look like an even bigger mess than I actually made. I am since a much better handyman.
